Overview And Experience
Andrew Ciccaroni is a New York litigation lawyer at TonaLaw with extensive experience in Business and Consumer Contract Litigation, No-Fault Collections Law, and Personal Injury Law.
Before beginning his legal education, Mr. Ciccaroni earned a Bachelor’s degree from Cabrini College, where he majored in history and political science. While attending Cabrini College, he was a member of the history honors society, Phi Alpha Theta. After college, Mr. Ciccaroni attended St. John’s University School of Law, earning his Juris Doctorate degree in 2014. While attending law school, Ciccaroni served as a senior staff member for the New York International Law Review and the Journal of International Comparative Law, in which he had a Recent Decision published “United States v. Bellaizac-Hurtado”. The full text of which can be found here. In addition, he served as Marshal for the St. John’s University Chapter of Phi Alpha Delta, a society which focuses on public service.
Prior to joining the TonaLaw team, Mr. Ciccaroni acquired substantial experience working to help clients in their Plaintiff’s Personal Injury claims and representing healthcare providers in their No-Fault collections arbitrations and litigation. Furthermore, Mr. Ciccaroni has successfully argued cases in front of the New York City Civil Courts, New York Supreme Court, and New York Appellate Divisions.
