Jennifer J. Maertz is an experienced litigation attorney admitted to practice law in the state of New York and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. She is a graduate of St. John’s University and Touro Law School, where she served as president of the ADR society. Jennifer has also received an MBA with distinction from New York Institute of Technology. With over twenty years of experience in no-fault insurance litigation, Jennifer is a seasoned litigator and former sole practitioner. Her experience also extends to business and personal injury litigation, and she has successfully argued cases before Civil, Supreme, and Surrogates courts throughout New York City and Long Island.

In addition to her professional work, Jennifer is an active volunteer in her community. She is the former president of the East End Women’s Network and has served as a long-time board member of the North Shore Youth Council.
