Thomas Tona is the Founder and Managing Attorney of The New York Personal Injury & No-fault Collections Law Firm, P.C. Since earning his Juris Doctor degree from Hofstra University School of Law in 1993, he has accumulated over a quarter century’s experience as a New York State trial attorney, with a career concentration in Plaintiff’s Personal Injury, No-Fault Collections and Civil Litigation.
A born and bred Long Islander, Thomas is based out of Islip, in Suffolk County, New York, where he handles New York Plaintiff’s Personal Injury, No-Fault Collections, and Civil Litigation cases. For the last 21 years, he has cemented his firm’s culture and reputation for excellence, overseeing and managing all three divisions within the firm. He personally handles the high stakes Personal Injury cases involving traumatic brain injuries, wrongful death, catastrophic injuries, falls, trucking accidents and automobile accidents.
The No-Fault Collections department at The New York Personal Injury & No-fault Collections Law Firm, P.C. currently represents hundreds of healthcare providers and injured parties seeking reimbursement of wrongly denied no-fault claims, resolving in excess of 10,000 no-fault collection claims a year, that have been wrongly denied by insurance carriers.
