Your entire case is worked remotely without ever having to set foot in an office.

Updated 6/23/2020

On June 10, 2020, the TonaLaw staff happily returned to the office.  We are open again for in-person meetings with our attorneys and staff.  We care about your safety and health and have special protocols in place for in-person meetings.  We have always offered and will continue to offer Zoom, Skype, and Facetime conferencing, telephone consults, text and email communications, E-Notary services, and digital sign-ups from start to finish.  We are here for you always, in all ways.

In these scary and uncertain times, safety is our number one priority and we hope you and your loved ones are safe.

We want our clients to know what TonaLaw is doing currently on their matters.

With the 100% remote-work mandate by Governor Cuomo, we will be fully remote-working starting Monday at 8 am 3/23/2020. You can Watch the video on YouTube.

For the past ten years, TonaLaw has been fully digital, in an effort to be fully accessible to our clients.  Our team is and has been fully remote-work enabled. For the past decade, our office has had emergency planning in place which revolves around full remote-work capabilities.

As always, we are here for you and offering phone and digital consultations to all potential clients and existing clients.  We have always offered digital signing services and as of Friday 3/20/2020, we are now allowed to offer electronic notary services.  We are continuing our work uninterrupted.

Our mission has always been to serve, and we are proud to be able to do that no matter the circumstances.
